Ingredients (serves 2 to 3):


150g Paris ham, cut into strips or cubes


100g cheese (Comté, Emmental, or Gruyère), diced


100g cherry tomatoes, halved


6 to 8 gherkins, sliced ​​into rounds


1 handful of green salad (lamb's lettuce, lettuce, or arugula)


1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


🥄 Light dressing:


2 tablespoons olive oil


1 tablespoon wine or balsamic vinegar


1 teaspoon mild or wholegrain mustard


Salt & pepper to taste


Preparation:


Prepare the ingredients:

Wash the cherry tomatoes and salad. Chop the ham, cheese, and gherkins.


Prepare the vinaigrette:

In a small bowl, combine the mustard, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.


Assemble the salad:

In a salad bowl, place the green salad, cherry tomatoes, ham, cheese, and pickles.


Seasoning:
